4 days ago, I woke up with a cramp in my neck, but the pain went away in about an hour, so I wasn't too concerned. The next day, there was pain in the same place bu intensified, and I felt the area. I had 2 bumps on my neck just above my collar bone. The one further toward my shoulder was about the size of a Lima bean, the one above it towards my neck was the size of a small pea. The pain slowly dissipated throughout the day, eventually feeling normal about 9 hours later, just before I left work for the night, but it still hurt when I turned my head in certain directions. Yesterday I woke up to less pain than I woke up to the day before, but more pain than the first day, and again the pain slowly lessened throughout the day, but there was a new lump. It was about the size and shape of a grain of rice, and in between them and a little further toward the front of my body. The other 2 lumps were in the same place, but the Lima bean one was a little larger. Today I woke up to about the same level of pain as the second day, the Lima bean one was now about the size of a cherry tomato sliced in half, the pea sized one was still pea sized, and the rice one was a little bigger - about the size of two grains of rice instead of one. Now there is a fourth about the size of a sesame seed. All of the lumps are hard, and hurt worse if I press on them. If I press on the Pea sized one, my throat feels kind of tingly, but that may just be because pressing it pushes it into something more important.
(Sorry about describing everything by food size, it just seemed to be the best way since I can't exactly take a measuring tape to them.)
